I've been tap dancing so long mistaken disco ball glitter for the very stretch of stars-- will you love me if I stop? Can I toss the gold lame'? Push the spoon away as child firmly saying "NO--no more" I danced and danced until I dropped. Oh will you love me anyway without my feather fans? Spandex skin of substitute the last thing that I ever popped. |

I do know where a thought like this would come from, though....especially when you've been the life of the party for so long.... Sometimes, my friend, we just have to find another party with different people attending it. I know it hurts, but it's true. When something's hurting us, we have to move on sometimes. I had to, and it gets lonely sometimes, when away from the friends you had for so long. Sorry for running my mouth, Lady, but this struck something in me this morning.
