I've never touched your face
I've never seen you laugh
I've only dreamed of you
And now your in the past

The doors been shut
You wont go back
Yet my hearts still open
And its you I lack

I can see clearly now
I feel the pain
The for had lifted
How was I so vein

The tears I cry when I go to bed
Remind me of just how much I dread
Spending another day without you presence
Seems to be the major life lesson

I hear your voice in my sleep
It wakes me up and makes me weep
I see the pain i`ve caused in your heart
And wished so much we weren't apart

Yet your so far away
And don't know me day by day
All you hear is what they say
That's its not worth it for you to stay

They don't see the truth that's deep within my heart
Nor do they feel these lies that have torn us apart

I've done some stupid things
Words are all i have left
Were all human beings
Yet you deserve the best

I  know you don't believe, don't think that im the one
My head keeps telling my heart that its right its been won
How real is this love,  im telling you the truth
Coming from a mature mind that's no longer a youth

As real as the sunrise that never seems to fail
As real as the tears are that make the mind so frail
As real as my feelings  are, you`ll never feel the same
These memories of you are  still there, yet to be framed
