Social pressure of set rules
Pattern to someone else’s life
Stagnation of non creativity
Another’s opinion deciding yours
Peaceful serenity of giving up
Believing a person cannot change
The death of the mind
To never go barefoot again.

Non-conformity
Great experiment of living
Mold to be never captured
Exploration that never ends
Storming emotions of learning
Liberal arts of no set boundaries
Jazz of feeling life’s hurts
The blues of creating music
Independence of a free flying bird.

Roller Coaster
The thrill of screaming in fear,
to want to do it again.
Loving so hard it pains,
to then reinvent it in a cuddle.
To have lived in a gutter,
finding salvation by struggling harder.
To find perfection in someone,
to then realize they are mortal.
Politicians whose vanity finally,
flushes them down with truth.
The preacher who get caught,
preaching in someone’s else’s bed.
Being able to teach so dynamically
every emotion is captured in love.
Conformity of never conforming,
to anyone’s dictatorial power.

I want to take my shoes off,
to dance in the waters of change.
I want to sing from a heart,
that sees the blue skies tremble,
storming in musical notes.
I want to be never imprisoned
by anyone’s conservative values
of what life is about,
to speak in my own words
riding roller coasters.
