You are more
than a father
worth loving;
You are golden
a gift to
your children's
world

You have held
their small hands,
before they knew
to ask,
but not before
they were
too frightened
to call
on your
tender touch

You bring light
to each child,
a reflective light,
an unbreakable
bond,

loyal
beyond words,
beyond song,
Your three children's
eyes reflect
all you give
with a heart
that knows
nothing other
than selfless
love

Forever you
nurture,
their growing
souls
and thankful
hearts,
never asking
for more
than their
innocent
love
of life

Make your words as sweet as honey, someday you may have to eat them.
