Lilacs and Apples Lilacs sweet and pungent smell Came up the cup my wishing well Odor sweet that swept the night And lit a wick of candlelight. Rode the breeze and woke the leaves And touched upon my face and sleeves And turned the skies to colored Oz To bring me back to things that was. Somewhere on the yellow brick road And I pushed away the dreams implode Awaits for me my Eden’s lair My love, my dove, my princess fair I pressed the dream of circumstance Alive and well but in a trance And came upon an apple tree Where I became an appellee. And since the grail has gone to ground I walk upon, forever’s round. Appellee, One against whom an appeal is taken |

"And came upon an apple tree Where I became an appellee." Clever you. And you are just so huggable. And this one even smelled heavenly. Mornin' sighs, sy! |

I pressed the dream of circumstance Alive and well but in a trance And came upon an apple tree Where I became an appellee. And since the grail has gone to ground I walk upon, forever’s round. =============================== Youre the apple of my eye ... none as "appealing" as my Sy-guy *ww* "How could I stand here with you and not be moved by you." |

Oh what a way to start my day with this lovely!! My my...there are mornings you take my breath away... sweep me off my feet and hand me an apple!! Love this dear Seymour... Perhaps a slice of tart red apple with your tea? Maybe we had better wait and see what my sister brings you. ~Morning hugs, Nancy~ ~The breeze that kissed you on the face, |
