Walk a mile in his style Light shines on my face I am ready to embrace the reality of it all truth, justice, the American way One small step in the right direction or are we just hoping for re-election first you must pass our inspection I say out loud do not judge unless you walk a mile in his shoes Be it a size 10 or 12 1/2 tie them tight and start your strutting if it’s so easy to decide the fate of another mans life. pick away we will wait Yet, We all still gladly sit on our couches and take our turn Monday quarterbacking will we all as a whole ever get the same satisfaction This I doubt as humans it is natural to blame others then to look at ourselves So point and accuse in the end we all will lose unless forgiving involves forgetting the ones we accuse hmm I think I will try on a new pair of shoes |
