You think it a lie
That my tongue slid easily on words
And misleading syllable were shared
With other paragraphs
Until it was trite

Stale
Devices used
In search of small gain

Easily one believes

That painting
Colored as it was with hues
Of mangoed sunset
Still hangs on the walls
A touch of splash in magenta
A splash of touch in mind

I must be delusional
For I see the abstract inside
And hear the words

If it were not so hurtful
I’d paint it blue
Or red to match the inside of my eyes

Tell me…

Did it seem a Dali when you
Were through?

A Dali fan and Cpat Hair fan, so naturally I had to pop in for a viewing.

You wrote this in just the right combo of muted and light, and yet, with a slight reflection that doesn't distract the eye.

Lovely but with an edge. Kinda like YOU.
