Rain drops fall sweetly, with laughter, you and I run, Into our old wooden love shack, discretly Summers rain with you is fun, Peering through the cracks of the walls, Laying my head back on your chest, We watch the rain as it gently falls, You and I kiss, loose breath, rest, Rain drops play sweet tunes, Upon the tin roof silently we hear, Romantic serenade echoes throuhout the room, Pleasing sounds fill our ear, Inside your arms I feel at home, You are my life, my world, my being, My heart never wonders or will it roam, Forever with you, in your eyes I am seeing, Hold me close inside your love, As we lay back, side by side in our hammock, Listen to the rhythm of the rain above, Each drop, a heart beat, time on loves clock, So peaceful here with you, Tell me your stories you have read, I love to listen, color to my life, a golden hue, My mind fed, by every little thing you have said, Smile with me, laugh with me, grow old with me, let our love be free, All the days of my life, I want this, Kiss me forever in the warm summer rain, Hold me forever in your rain kiss.... When I lived in Japan I lived in a house with a tin roof...it was fantastic...especially when it rained...james |
