Maybe a change of heart
Since last we had spoken
Could it be circumstance
Why promises are broken

The promises I held within
I believed each to be true
Perhaps that's why I linger

This is going into my library, because I feel it so badly in my bones. tomorrow is all we can think about, hoping for some answers. and we recall those promises, we know they felt and meant, but are at a loss to know why they were broken. circumstance, people change, they fooled us? who knows.

It makes you want to never trust someone with your soul ever again, Hope, you always get my mind ticking on overdrive.
