My mind overpowers my state. Failure wrote itself red on the wall. Trickling drops of red paint run down my bedroom's wall. My eyes are barely open, but the word is inscribed on my brain. By the time the air changes, the wind will blow my chances. Occurances like these are many, on countlesss occasions I've stayed put. Could not even wipe it off the wall. Even if I try I'm sure is permanent. My father used paint thinner, but just wasted his time. Perhaps I'll just get used to it, just like my father has.
