Being Honest
~ By Sue ~

A person is a person still
No matter who they are
Some carry their position
A little bit too far

Being a supervisor then
Did not give her the right
To do the things that she did do
When she tried to pick a fight

Causing the other one
To lose her wages for a week
From the lies that she told
Makes her look a little weak

I think maybe being honest
Is not the best to always be
To be suspended for so long
Does not seem fair to me

Sue,
No one ever said honesty always pays. But it pays eventually. Courage dear girl, courage. And here's to doing the right thing no matter the cost.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Aww...that age old thorn called Supervisors...can't live with them and can't live without them...I read of a woman that had loved her job for ten years and then she was graced or should I say cursed with a new supervisor...one that made her job a living hell...good Supervision is hard to find...one that has only the company's good in mind.  But sometimes situations change and the tough will always make it through...James

SmartChick - you sure did tell it like it is. I've worked with some people like this, and often wondered how they got to the position they were in. But of course s..t usually rises to the top, if you know what I mean...

It would seem you are being tested on all fronts my dear.  Have been down this road.
Everything will work out as it should...someone like you deserves the best and that's how divine intervention works.
Proud of you.
