where the wild flowers grow

Nothing
matters much..
not much
matters
anymore.

Things
don't fit
puzzled,
they don't
create a
big picture.

Falling zero..
zero
falls on
negative soil.

Slip of dress
casual caress,
lips painted to impress.
Like a thumbprint,
or snowflake.

Siren
circles diagram
of bodies approaching
midnight.

Leaves stir around
the skyline,
devouring
the streetlights.

This bitter kiss
came no closer to touching love.
And nothing much
matters
anymore.

A unique presentation...very you.
There was a trace of depressed anguish here, set well in clear images.
Well done.
Hugs, and the dawning of new day. TD

Your style marries the mood of this wonderfully. Surreal is a good word to describe. Sort of that depressed detachment--like seeing the world underwater.

Enjoyed, lady.

Inspite of the short phrasing...this is a very descriptive write...

believe in what your heart feels...
