He wore worn out chuck taylors, and a Led Zeppelin t-shirt with holes in it. I remembered the texture of his hair, the way it bent throughout the surface of my pillow. He had the hands of an artist, he'd rest his head in them while speaking to me of his beliefs, and his veiws of the government. He carved his name in to my arm. The pressure pushed the air out of my lungs, and I felt his lips press against mine.. The music faded and the lights dimmed in my eyes, My scar still read his name as I tried not to cry.. I tried to invision that perfect first impression.. The imprint of your scent left on my clothes. Melted boundries, my seasons have changed. A Florida driveway covered in snow.. Drive-in movies and freezing oceans simply justifying a rosey complexion. I awoke to the realization that rain is merely a compliment to the sun. |

Whoa. What was in here that I didn't like? Nuttin' honey! A GREAT read... and I loved the imagery! |
