I knew a guy like you once and I didn’t believe him either most people that pass through this c shaped cell need a search warrant or a nights stay at the central rehab analysis center that’s why I stay indoors or invariably visit the garden that I manicure like a set of steak knives to get in touch with the slumbering beast would require a lot of groundwork and I am too heavily into the skylight for that every night I drink 750ml of vodka and varying amounts of discolorations my liver keeps pace with a silent dedication that I find more warming than anything any woman has ever been able to convey I know that one day I will walk among the dead as an equal but in the mean time I plan on shoveling barrels of coal onto the bonfire making love to women ten years my junior with all the appropriate fury and leaving as much dust in my trail as a chariot racing against an inferno satin bandages tatter the wound into a poetic falsehood but don’t misplace my blood type my essential fluids are running thinner than a piano string slower than a apology from a woman who has corralled your animus |
