We ask questions.

Yet our bodies have answers
of their own.

We breathe...a surrendering motion
of grace and understanding.

This is what we give...and this
is what returns:

Only that which keeps us to
this world.

The breath knows.

We ask questions.

Not for the answers.

But to know...if only in
a passing moment -

What the breath has
always known.

What a comforting thought.. I will have to ponder this a bit longer.. I always like the answer.

I would concentrate on the breath for yoga practice and that would help concentration...
there's a light mystical quality here worth
exploring...nice
