when I talk to you As you look into my eyes it seems as though you do Seeming to sense my moods happiness, sadness, or joy I feel Ready to lend a listening ear I know your love is real I talk to you a lot every single day Even when I get busy close by my side you stay If I have to go somewhere and you can't go along Sometimes you make me feel as if I've done something wrong I also know always protection to me you'll give Listening and watching for anything different where we live You certainly have proven well as only you, little Scooter, can do That "Dog is man's best friend" now, this lady believes it's true  ~My Little Scooter~ [This message has been edited by garysgirl (07-06-2003 06:10 AM).] |

Dear Ethel, this is a wonderful tribute to your Scooter! There is no doubt about the fact that he understands you. I have this relationship with my cat and she too has her ways to dialogue and to make me feel her love .... and I know dogs are even more explicit in this. So tender! Love to you and to Scooter!  (smiles) Oh Ethel, this brought a tear to my eye because when I was a little boy, no people like me were my friends and my only friends were Mother Nature and her creations, and I had a kitty named Suky who always seemed to hop on my lap when I felt sad and licked me. (wipes tears) I truly feel animals can really feel how we feel and I love all of Her creations with all my heart, God Bless You, we all love you so much!
