Two paths lay before me
One to my left, and one to my right
I stood and wondered what path to take
Knowing that I couldn’t travel both

I looked to the left
Filled with beauty and light
And then to the right
Filled with darkness and hate

I turned to the right
Into darkness I walked
Knowing after the darkness
Did came light after all

If I’d of chosen the left not the right
From the light of happiness
I’d of walked
Back into the dark lonely night

This is a very good poem. I really enjoyed it.

ah, the fork in the road...

I am still standing there.

Good write here, enjoyed the strength and wisdom.
