Entitled Serenity

In that peacefulness of name, she came
reposed, but not for long.
Words upon, in deep we read
in thoughts ordained, hers strong.

Not always understood, this one,
whose sorcery would touch
the spirits held in each of us
to brand us all, in such.

She's borne so much and handles well
the pains that life forth sends.
Has customized her mark set here
among us all, her friends.

On this anniversary,
I wish for you to know
that we would miss you, if ever stopped
those thoughts of yours that flow.

Entitled peace and happiness
be with you when I say:
May all your wishes come to you
on this, your special day.

Actually my mother is the Gemini, and I am a Cancer...second half of June...but close enough that there is an overspill of the emotional

kind to touch us both, huh?
