~*~ Canada is my homeland, It's the place of my birth. I'm proud to be a part of The richest land on Earth. There are mountains and forests, Rivers, lakes and streams. It's a sportsman's paradise And vacationer's dream. It's a nation of freedom And opportunity, We're a patriotic people And we love our great country. There are bountiful farmlands, And a fishing industry, Vast mineral resources And advanced technology. There are all kinds of people, From all the world around, Now Canada is their homeland, Let's unite to keep it strong. Canada is my homeland, It's the place of my birth. I'm proud to be a part of The richest land on Earth. ~*~ Note: These are some of the lyrics of my "Happy Canada Day" song. |

O Canada I came to you when I was nine braided hair, wide eyed and bell bottoms groovy fashion at the time I had many 'firsts' upon your beautiful land public schooling, cheesecake, pizza and my first kiss going to church ~ temple ~ and other spiritual centers I was able to spread closed wings experiencing many things This land... You give of yourself so freely I am blessed to have come here helping to plant seeds of good deeds. I love you Canada! I love you, Angela HAPPY CANADA DAY! |
