Send me a dream,
or better come and share;
pull back the darkened lace
of sleeping, mine, yours,
and with your spirit
weave our dreams together,
bind them one, surround
us both in seams of memory,
threads of hope, and where
you find the patterns matching,
make of them a single cloth,
a bonding that is strong enough
to bring into the day.

You'd think that someone as verbose as I am wouldn't lack words to tell a poet how much I like a work. *S* But you weave images and metaphors and hopes so well I can only admire the work of a master craftsman. *S* This is beautiful!
