**When I wrote this years ago, it somehow seemed as though it should be put to music. What do you think? Maybe This Time Maybe this time she'll finally hear the words she's never heard and if time would just stand still this moment would be hers. He looks into her eyes and she wonders if he can see all the feelings she's holding back and the love that's meant to be. For years they have been friends and lovers almost as long she's tried hard to hide her feelings but it's hard to be that strong. A tear rolls down her cheek realizing that it shows she hangs on to the moment hoping for a kiss to let her know Maybe this time she'll finally hear the words she's never heard and if time would just stand still this moment would be hers... Maybe this time...she's found love. quatro |
