When direction is lost and I take a wrong turn I’m perturbed to awake and find I’m at home but then I remember in dreams how I yearn and how they entice the lonely to roam. There are days when I linger half comatose and days that I live in disbelief, fear, but then I remember the book isn’t closed though fragile and old in this atmosphere. And so of my dreams they’re completely intact for love’s energy must refuse solitude in its need to honour and respect spirit pacts made always to still human inquietude. But how restless are we like jitterbugs, fleas, in the shadow of all we’re not meant to be! Helen |

Liked this even more the second time around! I enjoy the depth of your work, and the way you process your thoughts. I'll tune in next Sunday, for the love of your story. Many hugs Helen~ |

wonderful...I love the way you look at dreamsin this poem. The only difference between the creative and the conformists is that the creative will not be conquered and the conformists already are. |

To be read twice is an honour, dear Bluesy! Oh, and now the pressure for Sunday - I'd better sleep all week! Taste of October - Thanks for the read and for commenting. Passing Shadows - Yes, we are all restless but if not for that restlessness we may perhaps not reach our true potential in life so it's not necessarily a bad thing. Thanks for reading. |
