i've got nothing i search and i search this empty head of mine coming up with scriptures best meant for another time one of peace and of wine where the young children drink and the old children dine a place of good hearts with souls cold and bare this place of singers and mutes that no ripper could tear a hopeless sea of dried up dreams left by this wayside of hope and pristine this land of enchantment and doom the apocalypse and her groom the lonely old soul who gave up too soon and couldn't convince this women of death and of light of theft for the night taking and giving dealing and breaking who's pretty little head was severed for making peace with the world and peace with the war so she took back what she took and created the shore and cast every stone every brick and silenced moan into the the neverending black silent and lovely forgiving to the end a sky left above me with a broken back that can bend a nice little hand that has all of its fingers but can't grasp the sand from which this ocean has lingered and wondered and wondered where do i go now but the beheaded in doubt set sail for the clouds goodbye decapitated one with heaven as a son have good times and bad have them all have them sad but do not forget the love you once had |

Gavin, I like this very much. I've read it several times and admit I'm a history-dope. However maybe it's from your history. In any case, I really like the way you've written it. Where did you go? |

(big hugggssssssss) Wow, this is a very powerful debut, dearest friend, rambles can always sound so mysterious or cryptic yet somewhere in it all something seems to make sense, this is marvelous! Welcome to Passions, sweet Gavin, may you be inspired by all of us here as we will all be inspired by your lovely words! I can't wait to read more of your wonderful poetry, sweet friend, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Gavin, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton Underneath your clothes, there's an endless story ***Shakira*** [This message has been edited by Mistletoe Angel (06-29-2003 02:41 PM).] |
