Your words make my heart swell
my lips tremble as I lean to kiss
instead of your skin I find this paper
with words you have penned
I hope this will not end

Time will tell we've both been through
our own personal hells
Let us forget those old fears
and embrace each other
no longer waste our thoughts with others
two minds alike

Forgetting loneliness from empty nights
exchanging them with Passion and poetry
