Witch!
Thy hatred follows me;
who gave thee life?
Thou fiery bitch!
I did not cast thee out;
it is thine Tarquin fates
that anger thee.
Priestess whore!
Thou comes to me still
burning in the restless night.
Harlot sorceress!
thou wakes my mind with fear
to offer safety's impotence
tempered in a promised wisp of fame.
Magic bawd!
Thee wouldst have me yet believe
thou art my strength.
Wormwood slut!
A hundred thousand years
of ice and fire changed thee not.
Darkness Queen!
Thy time hast come and gone
whilst mine hath not.

icebox...hmmmm, perhaps if you were to use sweeter words, she would do what you would have her do. Especially if she is a she. But, I do understand how sometimes it feels like the muse is in control...(PS and maybe they are)
