“IN SHADES OF MOONLIGHT” by Bill Charles ~~~~ When trees sway into night’s darkness, and moonbeams glow in the meadow, I will be there waiting for you, searching out each and every shadow… For you dance among them, in and about, as a moon of desire caresses your face, whether in dark of night, or night of dark, we will know of each other in this place… Haunting are the sounds I hear, as I wait, perhaps it’s your voice that beckons me, singing a song of passionate thoughts, floating on a gentle breeze seductively… Your touch will excite, your lips are to tempt, warmth is of both, a pleasure of harmony, meeting you soon in shades of moonlight, in a meadow enticed with moon’ s tranquility… ~~~~ |
