More Than Friends It isn't easy sharing hearts and that of more beyond With pain that aids the growth of each bewaring bearer's bond. The telling of the afterstorms, the promises unkept Impressions first and then of last and those in words we wept. It isn't easy, when you're gone and fending emotions tried Leaves the visions far behind unmasking that of hide. The journey all too painful, some dreamscaped in reserved time. The touching of a friendship holds more than these words in rhyme. In twisted thoughts to rearrange, assuring us deserved Addictions lending memories to tease what eyes observed Sometimes what seems it is is not sometimes what's not it is Just part of life and lessons learned, no failures in this quiz. The hours in a day too short to which in words my friend I'm reaching out to touch your world to see you smile again.
