Millionaire "Oh to win the lottery" I've often heard men say, to scoop the pools or a fortune get from one whos passed away. A new house here and one in France a villa by the sea, For her a slinky sports car and a gleaming Rolls for me. A yacht to sail the seven seas but which I'd probably never use, The smallest boat that I'd be on is a Liner on a cruise. Our parents setup in the house they've dreamed of all their life No more the plod and toil of work no more the stress and strife. Our kids would want for nothing a playroom filled with glee. laden full of toys and games as far as the eye could see. Sure charities would benifit from gifts you would donate, the feeling of such virtue sure wouldnt it be great. Your friends you'd help by sorting out their problems for all time, But only those who stuck by you when you didn't have a dime. But now I'll ask a question and your answer let be true, Sit a while and ponder and think before you do. If your a healthy person free from ache and pain, your limbs are working perfectly and you have a healthy brain. You can HEAR your children laughting, you can SEE their smiling face You can SHOUT and join their merriment and can move at their quick pace. You can walk without a stumble and think stumble free aswell You can do the things that you enjoy and some you think are hell. Then tell me arn't you lucky when there's so many now who can't, for thousands all around you, health is all they want. They'd give up all those riches for an answer to their prayer, So tell me arn't YOU lucky for you ARE A MILLIONAIRE. |

Hi David, Wow, you hit in right on. I was smiling and agreeing with the whole first part. But when you come to it, the second half is what counts the most. But I sure would like a little bit of money to go with it Enjoyed. Sandra |

Beautiful David, but I, like Catalinamoon, wouldn't mind a few extra dollars to make life a bit more comfortable... Someone in Maryland has won 180 million dollars in a lottery..one ticket only... wouldn't it be nice to split that many ways instead of one person having much more than he would ever need..oh well...and I forgot to buy a ticket. And yes, I am thankful. My life could be much worse. Maureen |
