I dunno.... Just something I wrote during class today. A little rant that likely makes no sense to anyone but oh well. =)

I’m a disgruntled 21 year old
With a seven year itch
and a year round cold
working just to live and be
wrapped up in life’s tragedy
I brush my teeth, put on my tie,
Lace up and shine my shoes
I got them from a bum who told me to walk a mile
So I could share his views
I chuckled as I took the pair to add to growing pile
And said old man it’s too late for me to gather clues
Rather keeping tabs on purpose of this perplexed life
I see purpose in the distance and willfully dodge and strife
Rounding corners of life’s path I keep one eye on father time
Milking all life’s milestones to grasp the feeling of sublime....

there is some sense in the snippets of life
you capture here and the shoes are quite symbolic of the trek you're taking...enjoy life too while you can
