              Endless slumber
                  eternal sleep
            now I live from dream to dream
              and reality the nightmare
                  I must endure
               till sleep embraces me
                   once more
          then I am awakened from blissful sleep
               by an infernal knocking
                  on my door
              why must they bother me?
           when they know I have no intention
                of leaving the safety
                 of my warm bed
                 I close my eyes
                and pretend to sleep
                 hoping he will tire
                  and go away
              but he continues to knock
                 again and again
                 louder and louder
              never allowing me to fall
                 into deep sleep
               I've always wondered
                 who? or why?
              but its easier not to care
                   and live
                 dream to dream

It is isnt it....easier to live dream to dream.....I prefer that until reality knocks me back.....thought provoking this is....
