In such a special dream that it carried words, the fantasy of a Poet’s mind to create images so beautiful that it is a birthday gift from me to the heart of you. I want to have a soccer match a Irish soccer match Where the ball is so unique that everyone sees the symbolism of it let it be divided in four parts to unite an island not in one boundary but of Irish descent The ball will not be black and white which has it own job to do, but a quarter of it would be orange another quarter yellow, the next quarter would go from black to white or white to black, if you prefer, by turning it around in a rainbow spectrum with a pot of hidden gold of warmth within it. Now you are wondering what other thing I would add to fill the void of the last quarter, it would be the luck of the Irish green. Now was that not easy, for the island is a lush paradise, that carries on even if you leave for generations, for once they return they feel the breeze of their ancestry in ghosts that chill them so invitingly that they search for leprechauns. The ball in its entirety would be my Irish lucky charm, for it would give clarity that words can be understood and give such peace of mind that yes, that people understand poetry as my ears hear the music of an island so dear. So from Irish red hair so hot the women wear it with pride. So spicy, as to give you their mind in a firestorm of independent pride, for it seems they may color their hair different at birth, but underneath the fire is inherited, for Irish men know not to get their spirit riled. So back to the game of before, before I say something wrong. Let the game officials wear rainbow shirts, one team orange and the other yellow, the fans wearing the green in the pride for both. So here it gets different, each player gets two lucky draws, one for each half, one for the yellow side, and the other for the orange side, never fearing that wearing a color would condemn them as unfaithful. So who would have a chance tp play? Anyone from eighteen to ninety five, who can move their bodies as Irishmen, and yes those fair lasses, that fire your heart up so. There would be fifty on each side chosen by lottery. In rules that are unique, if a team gets two goals ahead, they must send in their worst players, mixing it up with Irish fun, for at the very end, the losing team get to tie the match up, for then everyone can march out proud, As Irish men and women. But alas these are just words, given to me by a rainbow, dancing within a mind free to explore the universe of things. To seek out the little people who stand up as giants in their body and souls, believing anything is possible. Thought: In a gift for me, please light a candle in a special way that it represents the ending of abuse of one to another which leave visible bruises outside the body but mostly inside it, in a never forgetting memory. For like poetry filled with inspiring beauty, sometimes it chooses to show the hurt of someone not always the poets, for assuming that means that wearing a color once brands them for life like a scarlet letter.
