I go away I come back So much has changed But not enough You still feel the same I’m nothing And it doesn’t matter to you I’d give you it all I’d give my life up for you But you don’t say a word And I know it means Go away again I try to change Over and over again I try to be Just the same But I remember I’m nothing And it doesn’t matter to you I’d give you it all I’d give my life up for you But you don’t say a word And I know it means Go away again I would be myself I would ask for help But it wouldn’t change You’d start over You’d hate me again I’m nothing And it doesn’t matter to you I’d give you it all I’d give my life up for you But you don’t say a word And I know it means Go away again And I always say It would be good to get away But I don’t know If I would stay Or maybe I’d come back again I’m nothing And it doesn’t matter to you I’d give you it all I’d give my life up for you But you don’t say a word And I know it means Stay away. I think the first 12 lines said it all...I've met lots of women like this...sometimes they don't even have to tell me to go away...I'm getting better at figuring out the ones that are emotionally unavailable and I just go away on my own...James |

It's very hard to let go sometimes... and you've written this emotion so very well.. It's hard to remember that sometimes.. saying goodbye and walking away is actually a positive thing.. sometimes we simply have to move on and chalk it up to an experience that helped us grow.
