To truly love me...could you let me go? Could I be as water cupped as a moment in your hand? Could I pass as the wind...close against your cheek - Whispering secrets to your night? Would you let me go? Would the moment...tender in its brief expression last a lifetime? Would our secret be enough? Sometimes there are questions that require no answers. Sometimes the answers leave us wanting. And sometimes we ask...just for the poetry. Like now. |
