Into The Quiet …
~*Marge Tindal*~

~*~

Into the quiet … that place inside her
where dwells the woman you’ll never see~
She breathes so very quietly
the woman, within the woman…soft serenity~
No one cometh that she doesn’t allow
They cannot reach her here …
She guards her thoughts so secretly
That no one …
………………………no one
…………………………can reach her now~
And when she is replenished …
she will come again into your realm
Until then …
………………………make not a sound~

~*The pen of the poet never runs out of ink, as long as we breathe.*~

Marge, Yes, how true. I need a few minutes of quiet each day just to center myself. No one knows what I harbour inside. Very nice write. hugs, Chris

Like I said, one of the most moving pieces of poetry I've seen with your name on it, and that's saying something. The subtle introspection here is art itself, and the art of self. Thanks for sharing.

It seems i've read this one slightly differently to everyone else. Still that's ok, enjoyed!

A woman needs that quiet at times, to replenish, and recover self. There's also another note I'm detecting here, of a woman who has a side that is hidden, that no one knows of, or can reach...what a wonderful versatile write, with many facets to think on!

This breathes peacefulness and the strength of knowing and accepting one's self... so very beautiful! *S*

Knowing how much you hear makes the quiet even more a source of renewal. *S*

But... you have to know I'm wondering how you ever escape those myriad muses long enough to find total quiet. *bratty grin*

Marge, to say I loved your piece would be an understatement. Look what the music of you made me do.

in this place that's unexplored
dragons dream, to her soul moored
and if you do not make a sound
you will find her dreams abound
she softly dwells in this repose
and finds new grace in thorny rose
yet dragon breath both out and in
leaves a place of calm within
and as she dreams she inward turns
to find the truth for which she yearns
go softly now - do not disturb
her dreams soar high on wings of birds
till soon refreshed the dreaming done
she turns once more to face the sun.

Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.  Unknown

Thank you all.
Differing interpretations, in my opinion, is exactly what this poetess hopes for~
