                   Minions of darkness do feed
                   on twisted sadist desire
                   on many a dim lit eve

                   I feel the darkness
                   thick
                   probing inside
                   violating

                   The voices once imagined
                   silent
                   now scream
                   in rage
                   breaking diluted fantasy
                   and daydream

                   Feel the chill crawling up
                   your spine
                   the hair standing up
                   as night wind blows

                   Your fear
                   feeds
                   your prison
                   locked inside your mind
                   afraid of the demons
                   that may lurk
                   just outside

                   When did the sun die?
                   Good and evil
                   once dichotomy
                   now in bed
                   with blasphemous throes
                   of ecstasy
                   spawning infants
                   of ignorance to plague
                   shallow minds

                   As I walk the night
                   I see things I shouldn't see
                   but as day comes
                   I realize they never leave
                   only run to shadow
                   being my vacant eyes.
