As you walk, I am beside you to steady the gait, calm the fear. In silent hush, quietly guide you and catch the waking salted tear. A passage through the rocky shoals of sunken dreams and frightful lore. A journey as a brass bell tolls upon a distant darkened shore. The walk shall find a guiding light beyond the tunnel’s darkened haze. And from the heart no waiting fright will cause a fearful tear to raise. Perilous treks on flowing seas beneath the main and masted beams. Where echoes die in calming lees of babbling brooks and crystal streams. An outstretched hand shall softly lie upon the shoulder as those miles do swiftly pass before the eye as fears abate and bring forth smiles. God Speed my friend.... |
