beaming light

I saw a light
beaming at me
blinding as at it may
the silhouette of you
keeping my heart alive
out of the darkness
that brought this soul
changing
as rays move thru the sky
fixed upon eyes remembrance
your love will never ride
rays of light
beaming at me
maybe some other time.

Love is a beam of light indeed~ This read like a slow sail crossing the sunset. I could almost feel the wind in passing, and the longing to chase it.
