A friend wrote and said goodbye
then told me all the reasons why;
her soul was full of emptiness,
her arms were full of loneliness,
her eyes were full of years
her time was full of tears
and any something helped deny
the nothingness she fears.

yeah... the try to fill the emptiness with the anything... is a tough road to travel. Too many potholes and not enough distance... you always seem to end right back in the same general area...
