Art but thee, a simple thing
Occams razor, answers bring
But think of thee, and pity sings
Of tainted vows, and wedding rings

Art but thee, a bitter thing
Past and pain, are empty things
But think of thee, and pity brings
Solace in an angels wings

Art but thee, an angry thing
Hate becomes a ruthless king
But think of thee, And pitys' strings
Entangle peace in angry things

Art but thee, a pretty thing
A work of art, of everything
But think of thee, and pity sings
Of tainted vows and wedding rings

Jason, so glad you decided to work more on this particular piece.  Well done with candor, grace, and beauty, as befiting the old poets.

Absolutely beautiful.  This is so passionate and so utterly spellbounding.  I'm almost speechless.  I have a crazy question, what does "Occams" mean?  Sorry, I know that's really crazy, but I'm all about expanding my vocabulary.  Anyway, incredible write.

Thanks all,I worked hard on this one,for a friend.YV...occams razor is a base philosophy point. It means, simply, that the simplest answer to any question, is probably the right answer.Alot of study done on occams, for more info just try a search engine on occams razor.
Thanks for the read and replies friends.

Jason:

will look more on the subject . . .
I love to learn

This is brilliant - and yes sadly
I can relate well to it too

Look for those angels' wings
they are always there
for each one of us
