Pictures in Poetry As poets we paint a picture with our words for all to see, feel and hear. The strokes of our penning places a picture in your mind and colors your visions of the poetry we're conveying to you. One picture says many words however it takes many placed words to show a picture The words we use are all parts of our life, some sad, happy, personal, tragic and dreams of what we visualize. Many times the letters in the words are the notes of music to the ear. As poets we portray family and friends and life, to mold the words together, painting the picture of our feelings to you. (sigh) Imagine how you can distort your own pictures even when you've taken that Kodak moment and make them shimmer, yay, God Bless You, we all love you so much!
