Just A Short One

It didn't matter
that it poured each day
for it reigned friendship.

Hi Ron,
I just got home from my visit with Lori
(Blues Serenade)and her daughter.

I am sure she hasn't made it back home yet.

It rained the whole time I was there and just as I left this morning, the sun came out.

lots of laughs while walking and sometimes running in the rain

I was just glad no one else I knew could see me drenched like that...

Oh, there are pictures, BUT they are still in my camera.
I haven't even looked at them myself, yet...

and we promised each other to only show the "good" ones

Yea, it was a great time wasn't it!!!
I am one tired song today, considering I have been awake since 11 PM Pacific time. Nothing like trying to find your way on a  dark highway in the middle of the night.  We'll get to our pictures later, and hope we held that pose long enough to capture the moment.

Couple things though, boy can that woman talk, long winded is putting it mildly....     AND, thanks to the person who invented rubbing compound! (Next time I will pay more attention to my blind spot)     They never took a second look at my car. Now I will just have to get my ticket in the mail and try to remember how to drive.

Hugs Maureen~
It was a special time, one I will never forget.

ahhhh, so you are letting those secrets out...
I had this whole thread going with cpat and then he thought it funny to delete all on his end...making me look like I am talking to myself...but I will chat with you about that later..and funny thing about what you just said.

I was thinking how you even have me beat with the talking

teledon, I think I was  just too tired  to gather my thoughts. So many funny things (sort of) happened in such a short time.

Nancy, it was too short of a visit but next time I will have her come here and spend more time. We did laugh a lot.

Maureen...Now you got me curious, if you didn't meet there, and she obviously had to travel...so you didn't meet here (Calif)...where did you meet?  Glad you had such a good time...I hope you will share the photos.

Thanks Angel.

Martie, we met in Ocean City, New Jersey.
I live in southern PA and Lori came from California, but had other events to attend first near Philadelphia.

So our visit was too short but quite nice.
Thanks
