Dig into my mind Curse it, deceive it Make the moon cross Paint it blood red Make this feeling Make it go away I'm all alone I sacrifice my whole To watch it fall Deeper into the abyss Beyond my savior I can't be here anymore This loneliness reveals How much has been erased I look at you I look at me Walking away Like I always have Eating away what remains What purity stains What length is still left That can't be crossed That can't be made I try to hard To be turned away Left in the shadow you walk In the typical day I can't swallow this The same grief you hand me I can't swallow this The same pain inside That I can't run away And can't hide from |
