The lightning flickers all around
The thunder crashes like a cymbal sounding
The wind picks up to a gale force
The rain starts pouring down

As the rain falls
The wind blows it
Sideways
Like a hurricane

The wind goes through your window
And as it does
It sounds as if someone
Is outside blowing a whistle

The lighting is so close now
That it lights up your room
Like you never turned off the light
Before you went to bed

The thunder is so loud
It sounds like a herd
Of elephants
Running through your head

It storms like this
For 2 or 3 hours
At a time
On this
Stormy summer night

Cold hands means a warm heart

Storms are cool that way.

What is life without poetry and adventure?
"Little sister" is just another way of saying "Guardian Angel"!
We do not stop playing because we grow ol
