On A Journey To The Unknown

Contentment
~ By Sue ~

To find happiness through someone else
Is not one you should thrive on
Because it is not one that will last

When that person has up and left you
The happiness you had with them
Is taken with them when they leave

Look for the contentment inside yourself
It is one that will always be there
No matter where you may end up being

The joy that you find inside your heart
Is one you can always take with you
Even when your life is turned upside down

And, if you ever should have a friend
Who may be going through what you went through
You can share the joy you found inside your own heart

Joy should always be shared...and that
you are finding yours, and bringing it
to us...is contentment, indeed...

A wave of contentment washed over me as I read your meaningful and lovely words. You are so special--and I am very happy for the peace that you are finding in your life. You deserve to be happy, fulfilled and enjoying your well-earned sense of contentment.

Sue, this is so very true. If you find contentment
within yourself, then you can truly be content.
You are right, too...when you learn to live with what you've
been true, you can have a closer bond with someone
who has been through similar situations. You understand
each other better. What makes it double great
is if the two "best friends" happen to eventually
fall in love!!!!
I'm so glad that you're feeling better!! Are you liking
your job? I hope so.
Heart hugs to you, Lady
Ethel
