“THE MOON AND YOU” by Bill Charles ~~~~ In a forest quiet among the giant redwoods, moonlight appears on a bed of their needles, a soft breeze sings harmony, quietly longing, faeries dance seductively with minstrels… A time remembered dancing alone, as I gazed, when you twirled compelling in the moonlight, enchanted were my eyes to see you in ballet, mysterious is how you move me, how you excite… Shadows make love to embracing moonbeams, thoughts of mine are to exchange their place, perhaps the moon and you in devilish guile, when softness of lips kiss upon my face… ~~~~ |

Bill...They say great minds think alike. Your poem is so beautiful, full of moonbeams and romantic enchantments. Nocturnal enchantments that beguile and bewitch. Wonderfully romantic writing as always... ***Ivy Rose |

Always enjoy your work Bill - This one is no exception J There is society where none intrudes, by the deep sea, and music in its roar. |

Bill, who's been sprinkling you with faerie dust? This whimsy suits you. Kethry Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind. Unknown |

(sigh) Awwwwwwwwww, this is beautifully spellbinding, sweet friend, what makes love most enchanting is how it seems to swallow the shadows and make them caricatures , dancing across the gardens and the horizons! (big hugggssssssss) God Bless You, sweet friend, this is mesmerizing, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Bill, thank you for sharing! May love and light always shine upon you! Love, Noah Eaton Underneath your clothes, there's an endless story |

And so, Bill, I closed my eyes after reading each stanza...oh, so beautiful a story your words paint. I had to read it again in the same way...it was even more beautiful the second time around. Patricia |
