Fear

You close your eyes
Trying to escape reality
Yet you still hear the lies
You still feel the emptiness
You wonder if it will ever end
The nightmare invading your dreams
Then you realize
Your eyes were never shut
And you cannot wake up
From a nightmare
You live in real life
You just have to get away from it
