He climbs the stairway to heaven
And hopes that she'll be there
He remembers the feel of her body
And her beautiful chestnut hair

He pulls aside the curtain
And climbs over the window frame
He sees her run towards him
As she gently whispers his name

These two are star crossed lovers
Just like Romeo and his Juliet
Her kiss rekindles his passion
It's as though they have just met

He whispers words of love
As their fingers interlace
He is captivated by her beauty
And her picture perfect face

Two hearts have joined in harmony
Two souls have found a mate
They were destined for each other
Now love has sealed their fate

* * *

"I only wish to be the fountain of love
from which you drink, every drop
promising eternal passion"

I am in motion
I am blue
Love is an ocean
I'm anchored in you

Oh Sue, this is fantastic in word and graphic.

It floods me with memories of the trip Ron and I took to Italy. We were fortunate enough to go to Verona and stand on Juliet's balcony. Ahhh, love is grand!!

Huggles, Marti

(smiles) Awwwwwwwwww, I long so much to serenade my dream girl in the future from her balcony then climbing in and holding her close in tears of joy and smiles! (kiss on cheek) This is sooooooooo beautiful, sweet friend, may your Romeo always grace your heart like a robin, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Sue, thank you for sharing!

Ahhh, one of the most romantic scenes of all. The rendezvous at the bedroom window, via a ladder...

Be it, for a sensual interlude, or the forbidden elopement...

Lovingly sweet

Another wonderful write Sue
