My counterpart, my enemy the one that stands beside me. Everything done is done together, without you I would surley fall forever. Yet I dread having you, dread all the occasions wasted on you. I hate the way I must look at you, and keep you content the whole way through. Disgusting to feel your presence, not wanting you to be my essence. Cringing at your every mistake, while longing you not wake. The burden to be binded, if another would not be minded. Sickened as I plea, but this other is me. Two sides to every story... Interesting word play, and theme. We all battle with ourselves at times, don't we? TD |

I certainly recognize this. I wrote something similar on this theme a very long time ago. It may be lost now. In any case, it is a fit poetic topic and I'll venture that you will write more about it. - - - - - (you might want to change "discusting" to "disgusting") - - - - - S Arthur |

Very impressive, this must be the personification of your fears. Love, Margherita |
