He whistles, she trills
He flutters, she stills
He bellows, she cries
He smiles, she sighs

His castle, her moat
His ocean, her boat
His anguish, her soothe
His rummage, her couth

His spirit explores on the hunt and prevail
Her's under wing, throwing feed on the trail
His strength exudes in a physical power
Hers in reserve, to turn tides the last hour

He whispers, she hears
He blisters, she nears
He needs, she attends
He hurts, she defends

And absent of him, the remarkable she
To rise beyond limit of powers that be
Carefulness of the mare, and the courage to bear
Strong enough to survive, in a feminine flair

Amazing. Beautiful. Exquisite. Oh my gosh there are so many words for how much I love this and yet none of them seem good enough!!!!

I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man.

Sticking it in the p.l.

I do not know whether I was then a man dreaming I was a butterfly, or whether I am now a butterfly dreaming I am a man.

I think EVERYTHING was wonderfully done, EXCEPT for the part between the two 'copyright's' at the end....

TD,
Tell it like it is, girlfiend!  I think maybe you just might get that other species (the Martians) to sit up and take notice of our greatness.  But you will have to turn off the TV first.

Loved this.  Can you tell?

TD, this was really cool

I especially liked this part:

“His castle, her moat
His ocean, her boat
His anguish, her soothe
His rummage, her couth”

He has the castle, but she protects it

He knows the ocean, but she provides the boat

He has heartache and worry, and she has the ability to comfort

He’s disorganized and mixed up, and she is refined and cultivated

Wow, what a match!

Great write, as always, TD

Excellent! She's the strength of my being.
Thanks,
