PONDERING

WALKING ALONGSIDE THE DUCK POND TODAY
I HAD A THOUGHT THAT WOULD NOT GO AWAY.

And no matter how hard I tried to dispel it
it kept coming back, I just couldn’t repel it!
And now that I’m at the keyboard
wanting to put it to pen,
it decided to hibernate
like a moody pregnant hen!
And I can’t for the life
of me (or even the death of me)
yank it out of it’s hiding place
for the world to see
its ethereal grace.

So now,
what do I do?

I sit here and stew.
Like an old hen.

The mind is such a horrid place
to draw a blank upon one's face.
For of the scene the ducks and such
a mind sometimes is just too much..

Good luck,  I relate too well to this....

An entertaining politician once said, "The mind is a terrible thing."

Don't waste it?

the manure pile?

Your mind you say
just turned to clay
refused to let you in
Oh no, my dear
it's very clear
it's lost in where you've been!

I think if you put it in the manure, it would produce very organic ideas.  *smile*

(sigh) Some thoughts just can't be expressed in words simply, dearest friend, and then I just tuck the thoughts away in summary and go on thinking elsewhere! (big hugggsssssss) Wonderful, sweet friend, keep all the thoughts held in you like file cabinets, we all love you so much! You have such a beautiful heart, sweet Kacy, thank you for sharing!

May love and light always shine upon you!

I do it all the time, especially when my muse is acting up, just before I fall off, and meet myself halfway, only to forget what I was talking about!   See what I mean...I can't even think, and here you wrote what you can't remember...and look how it turned out!

How confusing...it's a good kind of chaos~
